  • B’nai Mitzvah Dates 2019

We are now preparing to schedule b'nai mitzvah dates for students born in 2006, who will become B'nai Mitzvah in 2019. Please complete this form so that we can assign
the best possible date for your child.

B'nai mitzvah dates are generally assigned within two months of a student's birthday. We recognize that some circumstances, such as summer birthdays, may require flexibility. For most b'nai mitzvah, two students will be scheduled to share a serivce on the same date.  Students from the same school will not be scheduled for the same service. Once we receive feedback from every family, we will be able to schedule
the b'nai mitzvah for the class of 2019.

Please complete this form by Friday, November 11, 2016.
